• *Key responsibilities:**
• ------------------------

• Deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
• Understanding of Windows Autopilot for zero\-touch provisioning and lifecycle management
• Understanding MacOS enrollment using Apple Business Manager.
• Must have knowledge to configure device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Settings Catalog policies including PowerShell scripting.
• Manage Application deployment (Win32, MSIX, UWP, Store apps) and app lifecycle
• Supported BYOD, CORP, and COBO device scenarios using MDM/MAM policies
• Troubleshoot device enrolment, sync, app deployment, and compliance issues
• Understanding of Conditional Access policies tied to device compliance
• Understanding of Endpoint security policies (Defender AV, BitLocker, Firewall, ASR rules)
• Understanding and managing certificates, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and custom OMA\-URI configurations
• Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.

• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• ----------------------------

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field
• Total year of experience 8\-12 years with Cloud experience on Azure, MS Intune and SCCM
• Must have Microsoft MD\-102, SC\-900 and AZ104 and AZ900 Certification
• Experience in deploying solutions in on\-premises and cloud\-based environments.
• In\-depth knowledge of digital tools and software platforms used in connected worker solutions, including Azure DevOps and Microsoft O365/M365 services.
• Ability to collect, analyse, and utilize data from connected devices to drive product development and improve performance.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage service delivery through IT managed service providers.
