- *Key responsibilities:**
- ------------------------
- Deploy, and manage Microsoft Intune for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices
- Understanding of Windows Autopilot for zero\-touch provisioning and lifecycle management
- Understanding MacOS enrollment using Apple Business Manager.
- Must have knowledge to configure device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and Settings Catalog policies including PowerShell scripting.
- Manage Application deployment (Win32, MSIX, UWP, Store apps) and app lifecycle
- Supported BYOD, CORP, and COBO device scenarios using MDM/MAM policies
- Troubleshoot device enrolment, sync, app deployment, and compliance issues
- Understanding of Conditional Access policies tied to device compliance
- Understanding of Endpoint security policies (Defender AV, BitLocker, Firewall, ASR rules)
- Understanding and managing certificates, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and custom OMA\-URI configurations
- Ensure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and governance standards.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- ----------------------------
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related field
- Total year of experience 8\-12 years with Cloud experience on Azure, MS Intune and SCCM
- Must have Microsoft MD\-102, SC\-900 and AZ104 and AZ900 Certification
- Experience in deploying solutions in on\-premises and cloud\-based environments.
- In\-depth knowledge of digital tools and software platforms used in connected worker solutions, including Azure DevOps and Microsoft O365/M365 services.
- Ability to collect, analyse, and utilize data from connected devices to drive product development and improve performance.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and manage service delivery through IT managed service providers.
