Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong desire for platforms and AI Developer Tooling to join our Developer Experience team to help define, build, and scale the next generation of AI\-powered developer platforms. This role requires deep expertise in Software Engineering and a passion for integrating AI capabilities into the software development process.

*Responsibilities:**

Implement AI developer tooling strategy
Drive cross\-functional initiatives
Establish governance for AI tools
Design Scalable Platforms

Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
7\+ years in software/platform engineering
Cloud Development Experience (Azure / Oracle Environments)
CI/CD, Terraform
Strong Software Engineering Skills
Enterprise System design
Leading initiatives end\-to\-end
Leadership across teams
Strong communication
Strong Systems and Process Design
AI tooling experience or interest
Preferred Skills: AI coding experience, AI governance, DevEx metrics
Experience Dev Platform Tools ( Spacelift, Github, Datadog etc)
