• *The Opportunity**

We are looking for a Senior Consultant \- Digital Transformation with around 5\-7 years of experience in enterprise applications, SaaS implementation, application enhancement, business analysis, and technology project coordination to join our internal technology team.

This role will support Sattva’s digital transformation priorities across the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, from understanding requirements and solutioning to implementation, rollout, adoption, and post\-go\-live stabilization. The role will also support ongoing improvements to existing platforms, including enhancements, new feature rollouts, configuration changes, reporting updates, automation, and custom development coordination based on business needs.

This role requires someone who can become an internal knowledge owner/expert for assigned enterprise applications, build a deep application\-level understanding of platform capabilities, configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, integrations, known issues, enhancement history, and release changes. And also work closely with vendors/developers, understand platform configurations, guide application improvements, and ensure institutional knowledge is retained within Sattva. .

• *This is a team\-handling role** with responsibility to guide a small team and directly contribute to enterprise application implementation, enhancement, adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, with a clear growth path into larger platform ownership and digital transformation leadership responsibilities.

• *Mandatory Requirements**

While this is a digital transformation role, we are specifically looking for candidates who bring both enterprise application depth. breadth and depth: The candidate should have breadth across the enterprise SaaS ecosystem and **depth in specific systems such as Salesforce, BI tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.**

The role requires someone who can become the internal application expert, understand platform configurations, guide application improvements, work closely with vendors/developers, and ensure institutional knowledge is retained within Sattva.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• \-Act as the internal knowledge owner for assigned enterprise applications, including Salesforce, BI tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and other enterprise SaaS platforms.

• \-Build and maintain strong application\-level understanding of platform capabilities, configurations, workflows, roles, reports, dashboards, integrations, data flows, release changes, and known issues.

• \-Support end\-to\-end implementation and enhancement of enterprise SaaS platforms, from requirement gathering and solution coordination to rollout, adoption, and post\-go\-live stabilization.

• \-Work closely on Salesforce initiatives, including requirement gathering, process mapping, enhancement planning, UAT coordination, issue tracking and resolution, adoption tracking, and vendor/developer coordination.

• \-Support BI, dashboard, and reporting initiatives by gathering reporting requirements, coordinating changes, validating outputs, and enabling user adoption.

• \-Maintain application documentation such as configuration notes, process flows, role matrices, report catalogues, SOPs, UAT trackers, training material, release notes, and implementation documentation.

• \-Guide and support a small team by helping prioritize work, review deliverables, track progress, and ensure timely execution of implementation and enhancement activities.

• \-Translate business needs into clear application requirements, user stories, workflows, reporting needs, and enhancement specifications.

• \-Track implementation issues, enhancements, dependencies, user feedback,release items, and post\-go\-live support items to ensure timely closure and clear ownership.

• \-Support role mapping, workflow design, reporting needs, configuration changes, and basic platform governance for enterprise applications.

• \-Coordinate with business users, technical teams, developers, and external vendors to ensure platform changes are delivered as per business needs.

• \-Support user training, change communication, adoption tracking, and continuous improvement for new tools, enhancements, and feature rollouts.

• \-Ensure application knowledge, configuration decisions, enhancement history, and vendor/developer handovers are documented and retained internally.

• *Required Experience \& Skills**

• \-Around 6\-8 years of experience in enterprise applications, digital transformation, and enterprise SaaS ecosystems, with hands\-on exposure to Salesforce, BI tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and application enhancement projects.

• \-Strong experience in enterprise SaaS implementation and enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, configuration coordination, rollout planning, UAT, user adoption, issue tracking, reporting needs, and post\-go\-live stabilization.

• \-Strong application\-side understanding of SaaS platforms, including configurations, workflows, user roles, reports, dashboards, integrations, releases, and enhancement lifecycle.

• \-Ability to act as an internal application SME or knowledge owner for assigned enterprise systems.

• \-Ability to convert business requirements into application requirements, user stories, process flows, SOPs, UAT trackers, training material, and implementation documentation.

• \-Experience in structured maintenance of application documentation such as configuration notes, role matrices, workflow maps, report catalogues, release notes, and known issue trackers.

• \-Experience tracking implementation issues, enhancements, dependencies, user feedback, and post\-go\-live support items.

• \-Exposure to data migration, integrations, system testing, or release coordination will be an added advantage.

• \-Understanding of role mapping, workflows, reporting needs, and basic platform governance.

• \-Ability to improve existing applications through automation, workflow design, suggested improvements, configuration changes, reporting improvements, and better use of platform capabilities.

• \-Good understanding of business processes across functions such as sales, finance, HR, operations, projects, and support, with the ability to translate these into application\-level requirements.

• \-Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.

• \-Ability to work effectively with business users, technical teams, developers, and external vendors.

• \-Experience with AI tools, other enterprise tools such as ERP, HRMS, collaboration platforms, or workflow automation tools.
