About the Role

We are looking for a techno\-managerial professional with strong grounding in agribusiness and experience in **corporate** **strategy/advisory engagements**. The role requires a **broad\-based understanding of Agri\-inputs, food value chain and (and adjacent sectors**, combined with the ability to translate **market insights and technical knowledge into strategic recommendations** for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and synthesize **industry, technology, and regulatory trends** across domains of agri business and food value chain.
• Support **strategy engagements** including **market entry**, **growth strategy**, **portfolio assessment**, and **investment analysis.**
• Lead/execute **market assessments, sector diagnostics, and competitive benchmarking.**
• Conduct **data\-driven analysis** (market sizing, demand\-supply, value chain analysis) and derive actionable insights.
• Undertake **technical and commercial due diligence** for agri\-inputs, food and related sectors.
• Develop **high\-quality client deliverables** (reports, presentations, proposals) and participate in client discussions.
• Contribute to **thought leadership** (industry notes, articles, insights)

Candidate Profile

• **MBA / PGDM in Agribusiness** (preferred) with strong technical grounding
• **3–6 years of experience** in Industry or consulting
• Exposure to **multiple Agri or Food sub\-sectors** preferred (vs. single\-domain specialization)
• Strong understanding of **Agri\-input value chains and the agricultural innovation** **ecosystem**, with the ability to interpret technical data and translate it into actionable business insights.
• Prior experience in **strategy/advisory projects and market analytics** is highly desirable.
• Exposure to **commercial evaluation, financial analysis, and business case development**

Key Skills

• Strong **analytical and problem\-solving capabilities** with experience in data analysis
• Ability to integrate **technical understanding with business strategy.**
• Familiarity with **regulatory landscape and industry dynamics** in Agri\-input sectors
• Working familiarity with **AI\-enabled tools / data analytics platforms** to improve research, analysis, and insight generation (good\-to\-have, not mandatory)
• Excellent **communication and client\-facing skills**
