• *Your work profile**

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and solution designs.
• + Lead workshops, requirement\-gathering sessions, and fit\-gap analysis with business users.
• + Configure and support PeopleSoft FSCM modules based on business requirements.
• + Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), business process flows, test scenarios, and user training materials.
• + Collaborate with technical teams to develop and test customizations, interfaces, reports, and integrations.
• + Support end\-to\-end implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and production support projects.
• + Conduct system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
• + Provide functional guidance on best practices and delivered PeopleSoft functionality.
• Understanding \& experience of the setup of security, user groups \& provisioning
