• *Your work profile**

• Lead SAP Basis workstreams across SAP S/4HANA implementation, Brownfield conversion, migration, upgrade, rollout, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Drive SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield transformation initiatives, including system assessments, conversion planning, migration execution, testing, cutover planning, deployment, and Hypercare support.
• Plan and execute SAP system upgrades, migrations, database conversions, and landscape transformations with minimal business disruption.
• Manage SAP environments hosted on RISE with SAP, ensuring system stability, availability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards.
• Lead SAP installation, system refresh, client copy, kernel upgrades, SPS implementation, patching, and technical maintenance activities.
• Design and support SAP high\-availability, disaster recovery, backup, monitoring, and operational support frameworks.
• Collaborate with functional, development, infrastructure, cloud, and security teams to support end\-to\-end SAP transformation programs.
• Support integration of SAP S/4HANA with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, Salesforce, banking platforms, DMS solutions, and third\-party applications.
• Perform system performance monitoring, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and optimization of SAP landscapes.
• Lead SAP Security role remediation initiatives, authorization optimization, and role redesign activities to meet compliance and business requirements.
• Support transport management, landscape governance, release management, and technical deployment activities across environments.
• Execute technical testing, cutover activities, go\-live support, and post\-production stabilization for SAP transformation programs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation opportunities, operational excellence, and adherence to SAP Basis best practices.

• *Key Requirements**

• 8\+ years of SAP Basis consulting experience with strong expertise in SAP administration, migration, upgrade, and conversion projects.
• Proven experience delivering SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Conversion and transformation programs.
• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA migrations, system conversions, database migrations, technical upgrades, and RISE with SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP NetWeaver, SAP HANA Database Administration, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Landscape Management, and SAP Cloud technologies.
• Hands\-on experience with SAP system installation, refreshes, kernel upgrades, SPS upgrades, Unicode conversions, and technical landscape management.
• Experience planning and executing cutover activities, go\-live support, Hypercare support, and business\-critical deployments.
• Strong integration experience with SAP Ariba, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Concur, SAP Fieldglass, Salesforce, banking applications, DMS platforms, and third\-party solutions.
• Hands\-on experience managing SAP HANA databases, system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and capacity planning.
• Strong expertise in SAP Security role remediation, role design, authorization concepts, segregation of duties (SoD), and compliance requirements.
• Experience with transport management, ChaRM processes, release management, and landscape governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, infrastructure management, disaster recovery, high availability architectures, and operational support models.
• Ability to lead technical workshops, architecture discussions, migration assessments, and stakeholder interactions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, and problem\-solving skills.

• *Education**

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• SAP Basis Administration, SAP S/4HANA Conversion, SAP HANA Administration, or SAP Technology certifications are preferred.
• Certifications in SAP HANA, RISE with SAP, Cloud Technologies, SAP Security, or SAP Solution Manager will be an added advantage.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology, Agile delivery models, and large\-scale SAP transformation programs is preferred.
• Experience in global rollouts, Brownfield transformation programs, and enterprise\-wide SAP modernization initiatives will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of SAP architecture, system lifecycle management, security governance, and operational excellence best practices.
