We are looking for a senior content writer who can turn a dense B2B SaaS topic into a clear,
useful, insight\-led piece that ranks on Google and gets quoted by AI engines. You will write for a
flagship US\-based LMS account aimed at L\&D, customer success, and enablement decision\-
makers, and you will write across other clients in the portfolio as it grows.
You should be comfortable using AI as part of your workflow, but the quality, originality, and
accuracy of the final piece are on you. We are not hiring someone to paste raw model output.
We are hiring someone who can research, structure, write, fact\-check, and polish content that
reads like a human expert wrote it.
What you will own
\- Write insight\-led blogs and funnel content across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages, built
around real buyer questions rather than filler.
\- Run keyword and topic research, map content to search intent, and structure pieces so
they rank and stay readable.
\- Write for AI search visibility: clear answers, clean structure, and citable phrasing so the
content earns mentions inside AI answers, not just blue\-link rankings.
\- Use AI tools to speed up research and drafting, then edit hard so the output is original,
accurate, plagiarism\-free, and on\-brand.
\- Handle the on\-page basics that make content perform: internal linking, descriptive
headings, image alt text, and schema\-friendly structure.
\- Keep up a steady volume of around 12 to 15 quality pieces a month without letting
standards slip.
\- Take feedback cleanly and turn revisions around inside agreed timelines.
Must have
\- 5\+ years of content writing experience, ideally for B2B, SaaS, or tech brands.
\- A published portfolio or set of clips you can show us. We will read your samples and ask
what you were trying to achieve with each one. This is non\-negotiable.
\- SEO\-aware writing: you understand search intent, keyword research, internal linking,
and how structure affects ranking.
\- A real AI\-assisted workflow with strong human editing. You can explain exactly how you
keep output original, accurate, and free of plagiarism and generic AI phrasing.
\- Funnel literacy: you know how a TOFU awareness piece differs from a BOFU decision
piece and you write each accordingly.
\- The ability to produce volume without dropping quality.
\- Clear, confident English with a tone that lands with a US business audience.
Nice to have
\- Understanding of GEO and AEO: writing content that AI engines (ChatGPT, Gemini,
Perplexity, Google AI Overviews) are likely to cite.
\- Domain exposure to LMS, edtech, HR\-tech, or enablement.
\- Comfort interviewing subject\-matter experts and turning raw notes into polished pieces.
\- Basic familiarity with schema and structured data.
How to apply
1\. Three to four published samples, ideally B2B or SaaS, that you are proud of.
2\. The AI tools you use in your writing workflow, and how you keep the final output original
and accurate.
3\. One funnel content piece you wrote: who it was for, the stage it targeted, and what it
achieved.
