Senior Content Writer

Dinero Tech Labs Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, detail\-oriented, and experienced **Senior Content Writer** to develop high\-quality, engaging, and SEO\-friendly content for our diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

The ideal candidate should have excellent writing and editing skills, a strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO, and the ability to create content that drives organic traffic, engagement, brand awareness, and conversions.

You will work closely with the SEO, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Design, and Client Servicing teams to develop effective content strategies and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies aligned with client business goals, brand voice, and digital marketing objectives.
• Write high\-quality, SEO\-optimized website content, landing pages, blogs, articles, case studies, and service pages.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate search intent, semantic keywords, and relevant entities into content.
• Create compelling social media captions, ad copies, email campaigns, video scripts, and other marketing content as required.
• Research industry trends, competitors, target audiences, and customer pain points to develop relevant and authoritative content.
• Optimize existing website content to improve readability, user engagement, search visibility, and conversions.
• Collaborate with SEO analysts to develop content calendars, topic clusters, and content plans based on keyword opportunities.
• Use AI writing and research tools effectively while ensuring originality, factual accuracy, brand consistency, and editorial quality.
• Edit, proofread, and review content for grammar, tone, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Manage multiple client projects, prioritize deliverables, and ensure content is delivered within agreed timelines.
• Review content performance using relevant SEO and analytics insights and recommend improvements.
• Mentor junior writers, provide constructive feedback, and maintain content quality standards across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3–5\+ years of professional content writing experience, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
• Excellent written English, grammar, vocabulary, storytelling, and editing skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO content writing, search intent, on\-page SEO, and content optimization.
• Experience writing for multiple industries, target audiences, and brand voices.
• Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, engaging, reader\-friendly content.
• Familiarity with keyword research and SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of AI\-assisted writing and research tools, including ChatGPT or equivalent platforms.
• Strong research, analytical, organizational, and time\-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with cross\-functional teams, and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in content strategy, topic clustering, and topical authority development.
• Knowledge of conversion\-focused copywriting and landing page optimization.
• Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems.
• Understanding of E\-E\-A\-T, structured content, and emerging AI search optimization practices, including AEO and GEO.
• Experience mentoring writers or reviewing content produced by a team.
• A portfolio demonstrating published articles, website content, blogs, or other marketing content.
