• *Job Summary:** We are seeking a creative, versatile, and experienced Senior Content Writer to craft compelling narratives for our premier entities: Vikash Residential School and Vikash Eco Resort Pvt. Ltd.. The ideal candidate will be a masterful storyteller, capable of switching between the professional and aspirational tone of a leading educational institution and the relaxing, experiential voice of a hospitality brand. You will be responsible for creating high\-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms to enhance our brand presence, connect with our distinct audiences, and drive our strategic goals.

• *Key Roles and Responsibilities:**

• Develop and execute a content strategy tailored to the unique goals of both Vikash Residential School and Vikash Eco Resort Pvt. Ltd..
• Write clear, compelling, and brand\-aligned copy for various mediums, including websites, ad campaigns, blogs, articles, social media captions, email newsletters, brochures, press releases, and video scripts.
• Master and maintain distinct brand voices: one that is trustworthy, academic, and inspiring for the school, and another that is evocative, relaxing, and aspirational for the resort.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to all web content to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase visibility.
• Ensure all content is of the highest quality, well\-researched, grammatically perfect, and consistent with each brand’s style guide.
• Work closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to create cohesive and impactful marketing campaigns and collateral.
• Monitor and analyse content performance (e.g., engagement rates, web traffic, time on page) to refine the content strategy and optimise for better results.

• *Relevant Work Experience:**

• 3 to 4 years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, or a similar role, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio of published work.
• Prior experience managing creative content for an organisation in the education (e.g., EdTech, K\-12 schools, higher education, or coaching institutes) and tourism sectors is a significant advantage.

• *Required Qualifications:**

• A Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a closely related field.

· Certifications in content marketing is an added plus.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
