Senior Creative Designer

• *Position Overview**

We are seeking a seasoned **Senior Graphic Designer** with a minimum of 3 years of experience, specifically coming from an advertising agency or digital marketing background. This is a **Full\-Time, Work\-from\-Office** position at our corporate headquarters.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller who bridges the gap between traditional design excellence and modern technology. You should be equally comfortable building complex layouts in Adobe Creative Suite, whipping up rapid turnarounds in Canva, and leveraging cutting\-edge AI design tools to optimize workflows and scale creativity.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• **Concept to Execution:** Conceptualize, design, and execute high\-quality visual assets for digital, print, and social media campaigns that align with brand guidelines.
• **Agency\-Level Output:** Thrive in a fast\-paced environment, managing multiple projects from ideation to final delivery while maintaining strict attention to detail.
• **AI Integration:** Actively utilize and experiment with generative AI design tools to accelerate brainstorming, asset creation, and workflow efficiency.
• **Hybrid Workflow:** Seamlessly switch between heavy\-duty design software for complex projects and agile platforms like Canva for rapid marketing deployments.
• **Cross\-Functional Collaboration:** Partner closely with marketing, copy, and strategy teams to translate creative briefs into high\-converting visual campaigns.
• **Brand Stewardship:** Ensure visual consistency and elevate the aesthetic standards across all brand touchpoints for Design Fundas Global and its partners.

• *Required Qualifications \& SkillsExperience:**

• **Minimum 3\+ years** of professional graphic design experience.
• **Mandatory:** Proven prior experience working within an **Advertising Agency** and/or a **Digital Marketing Firm** (please highlight this in your portfolio/resume).

• *Technical Proficiencies:**

• **Core Graphics Software:** Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• **Agile Design Tools:** Expert\-level command of **Canva** for rapid template creation and scaling.
• **AI Design Tools:** Hands\-on experience integrating modern **AI tools** (e.g., Midjourney, DALL\-E, Adobe Firefly, Magnific, or similar) into the design workflow.

• *Core Competencies:**

• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and digital marketing aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret marketing analytics/feedback and pivot design strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Manage the Design team. Should have experience in the past for the same.
