• Handle customer inquiries and understand vehicle service requirements.
• Perform vehicle inspections and identify service needs.
• Prepare job cards and provide accurate service estimates.
• Explain repair requirements and costs to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion.
• Monitor vehicle repair progress and delivery schedules.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Coordinate with the spare parts department for parts availability.
• Conduct vehicle delivery inspections and explain completed work.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders.
• Achieve service revenue and customer satisfaction targets.

Pay: ₹14,000\.00 \- ₹16,000\.00 per month
