Job Description
- *Language Requirement (Mandatory):**
- **English (Fluent)** – Mandatory
- **Hindi (Fluent)** – Mandatory
- **Telugu and/or Tamil (Mandatory)**
- **Marathi and/or Malayalam (Added Advantage)**
- Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chat in multiple languages.
- Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer issues.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate data updates.
WhatsApp Community
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and escalations.
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and feedback.Understand product/service offerings and assist customers accordingly.- *Required Skills \& Competencies:**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (multi\-lingual).
- Good problem\-solving and analytical abilities.
- Basic account management understanding.
- Customer\-centric approach with patience and professionalism.
- Basic technical proficiency (CRM tools, ticketing systems, MS Office).
- Product/service knowledge and quick learning ability.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
