• *Role Summary**

We are seeking a Senior D365 F\&O Developer / Technical Lead to support, enhance, and stabilize our client's Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations platform. This role will be responsible for custom development, integration support, performance optimization, and technical solution delivery across a complex ERP landscape supporting procurement, order management, finance, inventory, warehousing, logistics, EDI, and eCommerce operations.

The ideal candidate has deep hands\-on experience with X\+\+, D365 F\&O extensions, integrations, data entities, batch jobs, custom workflows, Power Platform, Azure services, and third\-party system integrations. This role will work closely with functional analysts, business stakeholders, external partners, and IT leadership to deliver scalable, supportable solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

Own technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support of customizations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations.

Develop and support X\+\+, extensions, custom entities, forms, classes, batch jobs, workflows, reports, and integrations.

Support integrations between D365 F\&O and external systems including WMS, Salesforce, EDI, eCommerce, logistics providers, data warehouse, tax, banking, and finance systems.

Troubleshoot production issues related to order processing, inventory movement, procurement, finance, EDI, and warehouse/logistics integrations.

Monitor and resolve recurring batch job, data entity, DMF, BYOD, OData, API, and middleware\-related failures.

Partner with functional analysts to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.

Perform root\-cause analysis on system defects, integration failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.

Support code deployments, release management, environment refreshes, regression testing, and production cutovers.

Ensure development follows Microsoft best practices including extensions over overlayering, security controls, performance standards, and lifecycle management through Azure DevOps/LCS.

Support reporting and data needs through Power BI, Synapse/EDW, and D365 data exports where applicable.

Document technical designs, integration flows, customizations, support procedures, and operational runbooks.

• *Required Skills and Experience**

7\+ years of ERP technical development experience, including 4\+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations.

Strong hands\-on X\+\+ development experience in D365 F\&O.

Experience with D365 modules such as Sales and Marketing, Procurement and Sourcing, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Product Information Management.

Strong understanding of D365 integration patterns including Data Management Framework, data entities, OData, REST APIs, custom services, batch processing, and recurring integrations.

Experience supporting integrations with WMS, Salesforce, EDI platforms, eCommerce platforms, logistics systems, tax engines, banking, or financial close systems.

Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS, build/release pipelines, version control, deployment packages, and environment management.

Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues across custom code, integrations, batch jobs, master data, and business process flows.

Understanding of security roles, duties, privileges, segregation of duties, and technical access control in D365 F\&O.

Experience with SQL, Power BI, Synapse, or data warehouse integrations is preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues to business and functional stakeholders.

• *Preferred Qualifications**

Experience in furniture, retail, wholesale distribution, consumer goods, manufacturing, or high\-volume order fulfillment environments.

Experience with Korber WMS, Salesforce, Cleo, SPS Commerce, Avalara, Blackline, Synapse, or similar platforms.

Experience with performance tuning for batch jobs, integrations, inventory transactions, sales order processing, and warehouse\-related processes.

Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations development or architecture.

Pay: ₹2,100,000\.00 \- ₹3,000,000\.00 per year
