Own, prioritize, and continuously groom the product backlog for the functional domain — ensuring work items are well\-defined, sequenced, and ready for development intake.
Define and validate acceptance criteria in collaboration with business Leads, and Program Managers; participate in sprint reviews to confirm delivered work meets business requirements before sign\-off.
- *Required Skills and Experience**
10\+ years of ERP business analyst or functional consulting experience, including 4\+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations.

Ability to troubleshoot issues across business processes, configuration, master data, integration, and customizations.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI agents and Copilot capabilities across order management, procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.
Configure and evaluate Microsoft Copilot in D365 F\&O, Copilot Studio, and Dynamics 365 agents, and recommend standard Microsoft capabilities over custom builds where possible.
Experience writing business requirements, functional specifications, test scripts, process flows, and user training documentation.
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and technical teams.\[HF1] \[BK2]
