The GIM Dashboard Team designs, delivers, and maintains advanced Power BI dashboards that provide deep insights into Group Investment Management’s project and portfolio performance, primarily sourced from Clarity and enterprise data platforms. These dashboards are widely used across LSEG by business managers, portfolio leads, project and programme managers, and senior executives. Reporting to the GIM Dashboards Owner, the Senior Dashboard Developer plays a key role in shaping high‑visibility reporting products that support strategic decision‑making at scale.
The Senior Dashboard Developer is responsible for building intuitive, scalable, and visually consistent Power BI dashboards to support project and programme delivery and executive decision\-making. They will participate in briefing sessions, build prototypes and mock\-ups, and refine them into production‑ready dashboards supported by strong data modelling and performance optimisation. Success requires technical depth in BI development, strong analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑moving environment.
This role gives you the opportunity to influence some of the most widely used dashboards in LSEG, directly supporting GIM leadership and global business decision‑making. You'll work with Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and modern BI technologies, expanding your expertise while contributing to high‑impact reporting solutions.
