Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and strategic **Senior Data Analyst** to lead data\-driven initiatives and guide critical business decisions. In this role, you will own the end\-to\-end analytics lifecycle—from defining data requirements to delivering advanced **predictive modeling** and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate is a master of **advanced SQL**, a champion of data governance, and possesses the business acumen to mentor junior analysts while translating complex data architecture into executive\-level strategy.

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise\-level **data models**, reporting systems, and interactive **data dashboards**.
• Lead cross\-functional analytics projects, translating vague business problems into structured, data\-driven solutions and **business intelligence** frameworks.
• Perform deep\-dive **statistical analysis**, data mining, and predictive analytics to uncover market trends, customer behavior, and operational inefficiencies.

• **Professional Experience:** Extensive, proven track record as a Senior Data Analyst, Insights Analyst, or in a senior quantitative business intelligence role.

• **Programming \& Automation:** Strong proficiency in **Python** or **R** for advanced data manipulation, automated reporting pipelines, and statistical modeling (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit\-learn).
• **Statistical Methods:** Deep understanding of regression analysis, A/B testing frameworks, hypothesis testing, and quantitative research methodologies.
