As a Senior Data Analyst on the People Analytics team, you will work closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and associated HR functions to deliver scalable, high\-quality Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. In this hands\-on, delivery\-focused role, you will have ownership over solution design, data modeling, validation, and stakeholder collaboration. You will partner with stakeholders, data engineers, and BI peers to turn complex workforce data into trusted, performant reporting products that drive strategic decision\-making across the global organization.
- *Primary Responsibilities:**
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and semantic models that enable actionable insights for People Analytics customers
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable reporting solutions, balancing usability, performance, and data integrity
- Integrate and model data from multiple sources, including relational databases, cloud data warehouses, APIs, and flat files
- Apply Power BI best practices related to data modeling, performance optimization, and user experience
- Execute and document peer reviews, data validations, and quality assurance checks prior to production promotion
- Partner with the data engineering team to resolve upstream data issues and ensure accurate source\-to\-report lineage
- Support initiatives related to reporting modernization, platform changes, and technical debt reduction
- Serve as a technical resource and mentor for junior developers, sharing best practices and lessons learned
- Use enterprise\-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate emerging trends to inform solution design and strategic innovation

- *Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer science or similar field
- 3\+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization roles
- 2\+ years of hands\-on experience building dashboards in Power BI, Domo, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Experience designing and validating data models for analytics use cases
- Experience integrating and transforming data for reporting using Power Query, ETL tools, or semantic layers
- Experience validating data accuracy, investigating data issues, and supporting quality assurance processes
- Solid working knowledge of SQL, including joins (inner/outer), aggregations, filtering, and basic query optimization
- Proven ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements and explain technical concepts in business terms
- Proven solid organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Deep experience with DAX, calculated measures, and performance optimization in Power BI
- Experience working in a People Analytics, HR, Finance, or operational reporting domain
- Experience contributing to or leading peer reviews and enforcing reporting standards
- Experience mentoring or supporting junior analytics team members
- Basic understanding of data governance, security, and privacy principles
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and tools (e.g., user stories, sprint planning, backlogs)
