Senior Data Engineer

• *Data Engineer – Snowflake \| dbt \| Matillion**
• *Location:** Hyderabad / Ahmedabad
• *Work Mode:** 5 Days Work from Office
• *Experience:** 5–8 Years

We are looking for an experienced Data Engineer with strong expertise in Snowflake, dbt, and Matillion to design, build, and optimize modern cloud data platforms.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and Matillion Data Productivity Cloud.
• Design and implement data models, including Star/Snowflake schemas, SCDs, and Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold layers).
• Build and optimize Snowflake solutions, focusing on performance tuning, query optimization, clustering, and cost management.
• Develop reusable dbt models, macros, tests, and documentation using Git\-based version control.
• Create and manage Matillion pipelines, orchestration jobs, transformations, REST API integrations, and SaaS connectors.
• Orchestrate workflows using dbt Cloud, Matillion, Airflow, or Azure Data Factory.
• Implement data quality, governance, security, and validation frameworks.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Mentor junior team members and drive engineering best practices.

• *Required Skills:**

• 5–8 years of Data Engineering experience.
• 3\+ years of hands\-on experience with Snowflake and dbt in production environments.
• Proven experience with Matillion Data Productivity Cloud/Matillion ETL.
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills.
• Experience with cloud storage platforms (AWS S3, Azure Data Lake), APIs, and data formats such as Parquet, JSON, and CSV.
• Exposure to AI/ML data pipelines, MLflow, and Jinja is a plus.
