• *Job Summary**

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Data Modeler** with strong hands\-on expertise in Data Modeling, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Enterprise Data Warehousing (EDW).

The ideal candidate should have expert\-level knowledge of Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Dimensional Modeling, and Kimball Methodology, along with practical experience in Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks, Pipelines, and OneLake concepts.

The primary responsibility will be to design and implement scalable enterprise data models supporting reporting, analytics, and Power BI semantic modeling requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models for enterprise data warehouse solutions.
• Develop scalable Star Schema and Snowflake Schema\-based data models.
• Design and implement Fact and Dimension tables.
• Apply Kimball methodology and dimensional modeling best practices.
• Work with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD Type 1 and Type 2\).
• Build and maintain Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions.
• Work on Microsoft Fabric Notebooks, Pipelines, and OneLake architecture.
• Develop and optimize Power BI Semantic Models and Direct Lake solutions.
• Work with Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server, and advanced SQL/T\-SQL.
• Ensure data governance, metadata management, documentation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and reporting teams.

Candidate Requirements

• 8\+ years of overall relevant experience.
• Strong hands\-on expertise in Enterprise Data Modeling.
• Proven experience working with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Platform.
• Ability to independently design enterprise\-grade dimensional data models.
• Candidates with practical implementation experience will be highly preferred.
• Hyderabad\-based candidates or candidates willing to work from Hyderabad are preferred.
