Senior Data Scientist - Gen AI – Multi Agentic Work

• 8–10 years in data science with strong experience designing and delivering agentic AI solutions.
• Hands\-on expertise in RAG, NLQ, summarization, prompt engineering, in\-context learning, and autonomous agent design.
• Strong experience building and deploying single\-agent and multi\-agent systems using frameworks such as LangGraph and Semantic Kernel; for a more current market ask, replace AutoGen with Microsoft Agent Framework, since AutoGen is now in maintenance mode.
• Experience integrating tools and enterprise systems through function/tool calling and MCP (Model Context Protocol) based architectures.
• Proven capability in LLM evaluation, including LLM\-as\-a\-judge, regression testing, quality benchmarking, hallucination reduction, and guardrail implementation.
• Experience in Pydantic AI, building production\-safe AI applications with guardrails, policy controls, observability, and human\-in\-the\-loop workflows.
• Able to work independently with client technical teams and drive solutioning with minimal oversight.
• AWS preferred, especially Amazon Bedrock, including Agents, Guardrails, and evaluation capabilities.

Pay: ₹1,040,000\.00 \- ₹2,470,000\.00 per year
