• *Job Summary**

We are seeking a Senior Databricks Data Engineer to lead engineering standards, Lakehouse architecture, medallion design, pipeline development, orchestration, and CI/CD. The role also involves Oracle\-to\-Databricks migration assessment, metadata harvesting, and dependency analysis.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Define Bronze, Silver, and Gold medallion architecture and engineering standards.
• Build and optimize Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines (SDP/DLT) using PySpark and Delta Lake.
• Design Databricks Workflows orchestration, monitoring, retries, and alerting.
• Lead CI/CD implementation using Azure DevOps, Git, and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Analyze Oracle metadata, PL/SQL procedures, and dependencies for migration assessment.
• Establish data quality, testing, documentation, and deployment standards.

• *Mandatory Skills**

• 8\+ years in Data Engineering, including 3\+ years of production Databricks Lakehouse experience.
• Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or Professional.
• Strong expertise in Medallion Architecture, Delta Lake, Lakeflow/SDP, and Databricks Workflows.
• Advanced SQL, PySpark, Oracle PL/SQL, Azure DevOps, and Databricks Asset Bundles.
• Proven experience defining engineering standards adopted by multiple teams.

• *Preferred:** Oracle\-to\-Databricks migration, Unity Catalog, SAP Datasphere, Azure Data Factory, and public\-sector project experience.

Pay: ₹510,000\.00 \- ₹1,880,000\.00 per year
