Senior Designer / Art Director

• *Who You Are**

• 2–3 years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, or marketing environment.
• A strong portfolio showcasing campaigns, social media creatives, digital design, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Able to conceptualise ideas and translate them into compelling visual directions.
• A keen eye for design, typography, layouts, and brand aesthetics.
• Comfortable working in a fast\-paced environment, managing multiple brands and maintaining distinct brand identities.
• **Video editing and motion graphics experience will be a big plus**, especially for social media content, reels, and digital campaigns.

• *What You’ll Do**

• Design high\-quality menus, campaign key visuals, social media creatives, carousels, stories, and digital campaign assets.
• Adapt campaign key visuals across multiple formats, platforms, and brand touchpoints while maintaining creative consistency.
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling designs that align with each brand’s identity and communication goals.
• Edit videos and create motion\-led content for social media, reels, promotional campaigns, and other digital touchpoints, where required.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to bring ideas to life.
• Work on campaign adaptations, marketing collateral, presentations, and day\-to\-day creative requirements.
• Ensure every deliverable is polished, on\-brand, and meets quality standards before going live.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute visual ideas during campaign planning.

Pay: ₹60,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
