• *Role Overview:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Designer with strong expertise in die casting and mechanical design, specifically in valves and pumps. The candidate should have in\-depth technical knowledge, hands\-on design experience, and the ability to work in compliance with international engineering standards.

• *Key Responsibilities \& Requirements:**

· Extensive hands\-on experience in **Pressure Die Casting (PDC)** and **Gravity Die Casting (GDC)** processes

· Strong expertise in **die design and die calculations**, including part feasibility, tooling concepts, and optimization for manufacturability

· Proven experience in **designing valves and pumps**, covering component detailing, assemblies, and performance requirements

· In\-depth knowledge of **API and ASME standards**, with demonstrated experience in designing products strictly in compliance with these standards

· Ability to interpret, apply, and ensure adherence to **API and ASME codes, specifications, and compliance requirements** throughout the design lifecycle

· Experience in preparing and reviewing detailed engineering drawings, technical documentation, and design calculations

· Coordination with manufacturing, quality, and cross\-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.

• *Software Proficiency:**

· **AutoCAD** – for 2D drafting and detailing

· **SolidWorks** – for 3D modeling, assemblies, and simulations

· **IDEA StatiCa** – for design calculations and validation

· **ProVIC** – for design and engineering analysis

• *Desired Profile:**

· Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills

· Attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance

· Ability to work independently and guide junior designers
