• *Job Description – Senior Desktop Support Engineer / Team Leader**

• *Location:** Malad West, Mumbai

• *Responsibilities:**

• Lead and manage the support team.
• Handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
• Manage Windows OS, software installation, and system configuration.
• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi\-Fi, network connectivity, and peripheral issues.
• Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Monitor service requests, ensure timely resolution, and maintain technical documentation.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system health checks.
• Coordinate with clients and management to ensure smooth IT operations.

• *Skills Required:**

• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows OS, and networking.
• Experience in desktop support and troubleshooting.
• Team leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage technical issues and guide support engineers.

• *Qualification:**

Diploma / B.Tech / ITI in IT, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• *Experience:**

Experienced candidates with relevant desktop support and team\-handling experience can apply.
