Senior Desktop Support (L2/L3)

We are looking for an experienced **Senior Desktop Support Specialist** to provide advanced technical assistance, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless IT support operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise IT support, a strong technical background, and the ability to mentor junior team members.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Diagnose and resolve **complex technical issues** related to software, hardware, and networking.
• Provide **advanced troubleshooting and escalation support** for unresolved cases.
• Configure and maintain **Windows, Linux, and Mac OS environments**.
• Assist with **networking issues, security configurations, and system optimizations**.
• Utilize **remote desktop applications and help desk software** to deliver efficient support.
• Document solutions, create technical manuals, and improve internal support processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance system performance and security.

• *Requirements \& Skills:**

• **5\+ years** of experience as a **Technical Support Engineer, IT Support Specialist, or Senior Help Desk Technician**.
• In\-depth knowledge of **Windows, Linux, and Mac OS** environments.
• Strong expertise in **networking, system administration, and IT security protocols**.
• Hands\-on experience with **remote troubleshooting tools, ticketing systems, and ITSM platforms**.
• Excellent **analytical, problem\-solving, and communication skills**.
• Ability to provide **clear, step\-by\-step guidance** for resolving technical issues.

• *Qualifications:**

• **Bachelor’s degree** in **Information Technology, Computer Science**, or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as **CCNA, MCSE, ITIL, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect** (preferred).
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
