• *Role Overview**

We're looking for a senior developer/tech lead to build our AIUX framework — a Lit\-component system replacing our existing UIB workspace pages. This role blends hands\-on component engineering with technical leadership, using AI\-assisted development as a core part of the workflow.

• **Modern component\-based UI development** \-strong js/ts with production experience in web component frameworks.(Lit js strong plus)
• **Technical leadership** — able to set architecture direction, review code, and mentor other developers while working in a fast\-moving, evolving framework
• **AI\-assisted development proficiency** \- demonstrated, hands\-on speed using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, Copilot, etc.) to build experiences in few days not weeks.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Design and build the AIUX framework using Lit web components, setting patterns and standards for reuse
• Lead the migration of existing UIB workspace pages into AIUX experiences
• Drive architecture decisions on components, state, styling, and platform API integration
• Use AI coding tools (Claude Code, Windsurf, Build Agent) as the primary way to scaffold, generate, and iterate on apps and pages
• Review code and mentor developers on Lit best practices and AI\-assisted workflows
• Partner with product, design, and architecture teams to turn UX requirements into working components
• Troubleshoot front\-end issues across performance, compatibility, and platform integration

• *Required Skills \& Experience**

• 7\+ years front\-end development, strong JavaScript/TypeScript depth
• Production experience with Lit (or native Web Components or similar)
• Strong grasp of component\-driven architecture, data\-modelling and api design
• Demonstrated speed and skill using AI coding assistants to build real apps/pages — not optional for this role
• ServiceNow platform experience a strong plus (UI Builder, Now Experience Framework, Fluent) \- Not mandatory for strong profile
• Solid understanding of front\-end performance, accessibility, and responsive design
• Experience leading or mentoring developers, setting technical direction

• *Nice to Have**

• Experience migrating legacy UI frameworks to a new architecture
• Familiarity with ServiceNow's Now Assist / Agentic AI ecosystem

Pay: ₹1,500,000\.00 \- ₹2,377,607\.95 per year
