Senior Developer - Temenos Transact

##### **Project description**

Our client is undertaking a re\-implementation of the R24 core banking solution to replace the existing R21 system. This project includes implementation, migration, development of new integrations, and a review of the current Level 3 development to adapt it for the new system. The project is led by the bank, with DXC contributing resources at full capacity.

##### **Responsibilities**

Design and develop local enhancements using Infobasic, jBC, and L3 Java (Extensibility Framework and Java hooks).

Configure and customize VERSIONs, ENQUIRYs, APPLICATIONs, local tables, and local reference fields.

Develop routines including validation, input, authorization, ID verification, check\-record, and before/after\-unauthorization processes.

Collaborate with TPH modules to develop integrated solutions.

Update and/or create technical design documents

Support L3 issues on various developments

##### **Skills**

Must have

The candidate should have about 8\-10 Years of experience in Temenos Transact projects.

The role requires advanced proficiency in Java at a Level 3 (L3\) for Temenos Transact expertise, with the ability to develop robust applications and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.

Hard skills

Demonstrated experience in arrangement architecture, ensuring well\-structured and scalable system designs.

Strong development capabilities, including writing clean, maintainable code.

Analytical skills to evaluate and resolve technical challenges efficiently.

Soft skills

Critical thinking to analyze problems and design effective solutions.

Attention to detail to maintain high code quality and system integrity.

Nice to have

Development skills in Python: Ability to write, test, and maintain code using Python programming language, demonstrating understanding of its syntax and common libraries.

Cloud architecture: Familiarity with designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud\-based solutions, including knowledge of cloud service models and deployment strategies.
