We are seeking an experienced and results\-driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage digital marketing activities across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for social media management, content planning, website coordination, paid advertising campaigns, client communication, and team leadership. The candidate should possess strong analytical, creative, and strategic skills to drive brand growth and achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and client goals.
- Plan, implement, and monitor online marketing campaigns to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
Social Media Management
- Create, manage, and maintain monthly social media content calendars.
- Oversee content creation for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Ensure timely publishing and optimization of content across all platforms.
Website Management
- Coordinate website updates, content uploads, landing page creation, and performance optimization.
- Work closely with developers and designers to ensure website functionality and user experience.
- Monitor website traffic, conversions, and SEO performance.
Google Ads \& Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and implement optimization strategies.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
Client Relationship Management
- Attend client meetings and understand client requirements, expectations, and business objectives.
- Present marketing strategies, campaign reports, and performance insights to clients.
- Ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the digital marketing team.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on digital marketing best practices and emerging trends.
- Foster collaboration between content, design, development, and marketing teams.
SEO \& Analytics
- Monitor and improve website SEO performance.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, and other reporting platforms.
- Generate monthly performance reports and identify growth opportunities.
AI Tools \& Marketing Automation
- Utilize AI\-powered tools for content creation, campaign optimization, research, reporting, and productivity enhancement.
- Implement marketing automation strategies to improve efficiency and campaign performance.
Required Skills \& Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3\-6 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Content Marketing.
- Experience in client handling and conducting professional client meetings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing and leading marketing teams.
- Proficiency in AI tools and digital marketing software.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Email Marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
