Job Summary
We are looking for a results\-driven Senior Digital Marketer with 3–5 years of experience to lead and execute end\-to\-end digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on expertise in performance marketing, SEO, social media, content strategy, and analytics, with a strong focus on driving measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
\- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms
\- Manage end\-to\-end performance marketing campaigns with a focus on ROI and lead generation
\- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings
\- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and engagement growth
\- Create and manage content marketing initiatives including blogs, landing pages, and email campaigns
\- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, and marketing dashboards
\- Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages and ads
\- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
\- Manage marketing budgets and optimize ad spend efficiency
\- Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes
Required Skills \& Qualifications
\- 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles
\- Strong hands\-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
\- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
\- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4\), Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools
\- Good knowledge of content marketing and lead generation funnels
\- Strong analytical skills with data\-driven decision\-making ability
\- Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools
\- Excellent communication and project management skills
Pay: ₹25,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
