About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Executive with strong hands\-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, and digital marketing strategy. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple client campaigns, analyzing performance data, improving ROI, and delivering measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities1\. Google Ads \& Meta Ads Management

• Plan, create, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
• Develop paid advertising strategies based on client goals and target audiences.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for better results.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and retargeting.
• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.

2\. Campaign Performance \& Optimization

• Monitor and optimize key metrics such as ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective actions.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Track conversions and analyze campaign performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.
• Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.

3\. Digital Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client business objectives.
• Plan lead generation, sales, remarketing, and brand awareness campaigns.
• Identify opportunities to improve website conversions and marketing funnel performance.
• Stay updated with advertising platform changes, trends, and best practices.

4\. Client \& Team Coordination

• Coordinate with creative designers, content writers, SEO specialists, and other team members.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable advertising strategies.
• Provide campaign updates, performance reports, and optimization recommendations.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely campaign execution.

Required Skills \& Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, particularly paid advertising.
• Strong hands\-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and advertising budgets.
• Good understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPA, CPL, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Previous digital marketing agency experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience handling multiple client accounts in a digital marketing agency.
• Proven track record of improving campaign performance and generating leads or sales.
