Job Description

Geni Mart is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital marketing, lead generation, paid advertising, SEO, and social media marketing to drive business growth and generate high\-quality leads.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to generate quality business leads.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook \& Instagram) campaigns.
• Handle SEO, SEM, and website optimization to improve online visibility.
• Manage social media platforms and create engaging marketing content.
• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Work closely with the sales and design teams to improve lead conversion and marketing effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in Lead Generation and Performance Marketing.
• Hands\-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, Email Marketing, and Social Media Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and achieve lead generation targets.
