  • *Job Summary**

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote the company’s brand, products, and services. The role includes planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing efforts across various digital channels to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

  • *Key Responsibilities1\. Digital Campaign Management**
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Manage SEO/SEM, PPC, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and ROI.
  • *2\. Social Media Management**
  • Create, schedule, and monitor posts on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
  • Handle social media analytics and reporting.
  • *3\. Content Creation**
  • Develop content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, website pages, and marketing collaterals.
  • Coordinate with designers for creatives, videos, reels, and graphics.
  • *4\. Website \& SEO Management**
  • Monitor and update website content regularly.
  • Perform keyword research and enhance organic search ranking.
  • Track website traffic, performance, and user behavior using Google Analytics and other tools.
  • *5\. Email \& Lead Generation**
  • Execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.
  • Generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
  • Maintain and track lead pipelines.
  • *6\. Reporting \& Analytics**
  • Track, measure, and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • *Key Skills Required**
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
  • Hands\-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Good understanding of digital trends and paid marketing tools.
  • Content writing and copywriting skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Photoshop) preferred.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
  • *Educational Qualification**
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹20,000\.00 \- ₹30,000\.00 per month
