Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business growth.
• Plan, manage, and optimize **Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Performance Marketing** campaigns.
• Build strong brand awareness across digital platforms.
• Generate high\-quality leads and improve conversion rates.
• Create and manage social media marketing campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize ROI using data and analytics.
• Prepare marketing strategies based on business objectives and target audience.
• Coordinate with the creative and development teams to execute campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI tools, and marketing technologies.

Required Skills

• 3\+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads**, and **Performance Marketing**.
• Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Good understanding of branding and business growth strategies.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects.
• A proactive attitude with a business\-first approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in an IT company or digital marketing agency.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and Local SEO.
• Experience with LinkedIn Marketing, Email Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar marketing tools.

Pay: ₹12,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
