We're looking for a **Senior Director, Strategic Growth** to become a trusted advisor to executive leaders across some of the nation's largest health plans. This role combines the structured thinking of a management consultant, the commercial acumen of an enterprise executive, and the ownership mindset of a startup builder.
You'll own strategic opportunities from initial executive engagement through long\-term partnership development. More importantly, you'll help customers identify where AI can fundamentally transform their operations, build the business case for change, align diverse stakeholders, and guide organizations from vision to execution.
Success in this role isn't measured solely by revenue. It's measured by your ability to build trust, influence executive thinking, uncover enterprise\-wide opportunities, and create lasting partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.

- *Strategic Growth Leadership:** Own a portfolio of strategic health plan opportunities from executive engagement through commercial partnership, expansion, and long\-term value creation. Carry and exceed an enterprise revenue target while building lasting customer relationships. **Executive Advisory:** Become a trusted advisor to executive leaders across national and regional health plans. Lead strategic conversations that help customers identify opportunities to modernize operations and knowledge workflows through AI. **Enterprise Discovery \& Business Case Development:** Learn each customer's business, organizational priorities, and operational challenges. Facilitate discovery sessions, map stakeholder ecosystems, quantify pain points, and develop executive\-ready business cases supported by ROI and measurable outcomes. **Market Expansion:** Identify whitespace across existing and prospective health plan organizations, uncover new use cases, and develop multi\-year account strategies that expand Autonomize's footprint across clinical, operational, and technology functions. **Executive \& Cross\-Functional Engagement:** Build credibility with C\-suite executives (CEO, COO, CIO, CTO, CMO) while engaging leaders across Medical Management, Utilization Management, Care Management, Population Health, Quality, Clinical Operations, AI, Data \& Analytics, and Compliance. **Commercial Leadership:** Lead complex enterprise sales cycles, including executive presentations, solution strategy, commercial negotiations, procurement, and contract execution. Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the buying process. **Cross\-Functional Partnership:** Collaborate closely with Product, Clinical AI, Delivery, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to translate customer needs into scalable solutions, successful implementations, and long\-term customer outcomes. **Market Intelligence:** Bring the voice of the customer back into Autonomize by identifying market trends, competitive insights, emerging payer priorities, and opportunities to refine our product strategy and go\-to\-market approach. **Builder Mindset:** Help build the Growth organization by developing scalable account planning frameworks, commercial playbooks, executive engagement strategies, and repeatable processes that accelerate growth.**What We're Looking For**

### **Required Qualifications**
- 10\+ years of experience in enterprise healthcare business development, strategic consulting, partnerships, or commercial leadership.
- Significant experience working with national or regional health plans.
- Demonstrated success leading complex enterprise partnerships and exceeding enterprise revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of payer operations
- Experience leading executive\-level strategy conversations with C\-suite and senior operational leaders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business, clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
- Strong commercial instincts paired with exceptional analytical and strategic thinking.
