looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer / Team Lead with strong expertise in .NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Microservices architecture. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications while **leading a team** of developers and ensuring timely delivery of high\-quality software solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using **C\#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core Web API, and MVC**.
• Design and implement **Microservices architecture** and RESTful APIs.
• Work extensively with **PostgreSQL**, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• **Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 developers,** ensuring code quality and timely project delivery.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and application security best practices using JWT/OAuth.
• Apply SOLID principles, design patterns, and coding best practices.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on solution design, architecture, and implementation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and application defects.
• Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment.
• B.Tech / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• **7–10 years of experience in .NET development**, with strong expertise in C\# and ASP.NET Core.
• Strong hands\-on experience with **.NET Core Web API and Microservices architecture**.
• Good working experience with **PostgreSQL**, database design, and query optimization.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core, Dapper, or other ORM frameworks.
• Proven experience in **team handling, technical leadership, and mentoring developers**.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, JWT, OAuth, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with Azure services, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
• Good problem\-solving, debugging, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,500,000\.00 per year
