Senior Dot Net Developer

Role As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in contributing to the design and development of complex web applications. You will help guide a team of developers, fostering collaboration and ensuring high standards of code quality. Your expertise in C\# .NET, microservices architecture, and AWS will help shape our software solutions to meet business needs effectively. You will be responsible for driving innovation, optimizing application performance, and mentoring junior team members. You will take ownership of projects and contribute to the strategic direction of our software development efforts. Duties and Responsibilities **Assist with the design and architecture of web applications using C\# .NET, mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.** Develop features and microservices that are robust, scalable, and maintainable. **Analyze and optimize application performance, including database interactions with PostgreSQL and cloud services on AWS.** Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business objectives. **Conduct thorough code reviews, promoting best practices and ensuring code quality across the team.** Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment, leveraging AWS tools. **Research and evaluate new technologies and tools, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing systems.** Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, development processes, and technical standards. **Attend agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimating, standups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Internal Use Only Mandatory Skills** Proven experience in software development with C\# and .NET (Framework and Core), particularly in web applications and micro\-services. **Deep understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and best practices.** Good working knowledge of AI/ML and GenAI technologies and tooling including Claude Code, Cursor or Github Copilot among others. **Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL, including advanced querying, data modelling and performance tuning.** Good knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML and web standards **Extensive knowledge of AWS services, architecture, and deployment strategies.** Strong ability to lead projects, mentor team members, and facilitate collaboration among cross\-functional teams. **Excellent analytical and problem\-solving skills with a focus on innovative solutions.** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. **Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development, with a focus on web applications.**

Pay: ₹1,200,000\.00 \- ₹1,800,000\.00 per year
