Full Stack Web Developer (.NET Core with ReactJS and Cloud) \- Healthcare Focus

Experience Required: 5\-10 years of professional experience in full\-stack web development with 2\-3 years healthcare domain expertise

• *Required Skills:**

• Expert\-level proficiency in C\#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and design patterns
• Advanced hands\-on experience with ReactJS for complex front\-end solutions
• Expert\-level knowledge of SQL Server or PostgreSQL including advanced query optimization and database architecture
• Strong expertise in Azure or AWS cloud services and PaaS architecture design
• Proven experience with Git, Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, and designing CI/CD pipelines
• Good understanding of N\-Tier/Layered Architecture, Clean Architecture, Onion Architecture, or Microservices Architecture, along with basic knowledge of cloud\-native application design.
• Expert knowledge of RESTful API design, integration patterns, and third\-party service integration
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira for complex project management
• Proficiency in automated testing frameworks and quality assurance practices
• Proficiency with AI\-assisted development platforms (Claude, GitHub Copilot) for code generation and optimization, combined with hands\-on experience developing and integrating AI\-powered capabilities using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Generative AI technologies including RAG (Retrieval\-Augmented Generation)
• Working experience of automated test driven development.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead architectural discussions

• *Healthcare Domain Skills:**

• Deep expertise in HIPAA, FHIR, and HL7 healthcare standards and regulations
• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare data privacy, compliance requirements, and audit trails
• Expert knowledge of EHR systems, healthcare workflows, and clinical processes
• Proven experience designing and implementing healthcare data integration and interoperability solutions
• Advanced expertise in healthcare application security, encryption, and patient data protection
• Experience with healthcare compliance frameworks and security certifications (SOC 2, BAA, etc.)

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the design and architecture of secure, HIPAA\-compliant healthcare applications
• Design comprehensive healthcare solutions leveraging advanced PaaS services across Azure/AWS
• Develop complex healthcare APIs (FHIR/HL7\) and lead integration with EHR systems
• Lead code reviews with emphasis on healthcare security, compliance, and clinical best practices
• Mentor team members on healthcare compliance and security architecture
• Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders, clinical teams, and compliance officers on solution strategy
• Ensure patient data privacy, application security, and regulatory compliance at enterprise scale
• Optimize healthcare application performance while maintaining security and compliance standards

• *Soft Skills:**
