The **Senior E\-commerce Specialist** is responsible for managing the performance on Amazon, eBay, TikTok etc, focusing on advertising, promotions, competitor analysis, and sales tracking. This role will work closely with internal teams to drive growth through data\-driven strategies and marketplace compliance.
- **Marketplace Management:** Oversee the overall performance on eBay, TikTok, etc., focusing on marketplace compliance and sales growth.
- **Marketplace Compliance \& Policy Adherence:** Ensure all marketplace activities comply with rules and guidelines, staying current on policy changes.
- **Competitor \& Market Analysis:** Conduct ongoing research into competitors, pricing trends, and market demand to inform pricing strategies and promotions.
- **Sales Performance Tracking:** Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and provide actionable insights and reports to improve profitability and marketplace performance.
- **Advertising \& Promotions:** Manage \& monitor campaigns to maximize visibility and sales. Create and execute promotional strategies to enhance marketplace presence.
- **Product Launches:** Coordinate the listing and promotion of new products on marketplaces, ensuring all details are correct and the launch aligns with business goals.
- *Skills \& Qualifications:**
- **Experience:** 2\-5 years managing any seller central and seller hub, focusing on sales performance and advertising.
- **Technical Skills:** Basic knowledge of PPC and other strategies with an understanding of marketplace analytics.
- **Analytical Ability:** Strong skills in data analysis, sales tracking, and reporting to drive growth.
- **Communication \& Problem\-Solving:** Professional communication skills, with a proactive approach to solving marketplace challenges.
