Senior Ecommerce Manager

Marketplace Management

• Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, and other e\-commerce platforms.
• Create and maintain product listings using bulk upload tools.
• Ensure accurate product data, pricing, inventory, and catalog health.
• Resolve listing errors, suppression issues, and platform\-related challenges.

Online Merchandising

• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and content to improve visibility and conversions.
• Plan promotions, deals, bundles, and seasonal campaigns.
• Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.

AI Content Creation

• Create product images, lifestyle images, banners, and marketing creatives using AI tools.
• Improve product content and visual presentation to increase sales.

Sales \& Growth

• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales and profitability.
• Manage marketplace advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track product performance and recommend actions for growth.

Inventory \& Operations

• Coordinate inventory planning to avoid stock\-outs and overstocking.
• Work closely with warehouse and operations teams for smooth order fulfillment.

Analytics \& Reporting

• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates, advertising performance, and customer feedback.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for new product launches and category expansion.

Requirements

• 2\+ years of experience managing e\-commerce marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart.
• Experience with bulk product uploads and catalog management.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
• Experience using AI tools for image and content creation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Ability to independently drive sales growth.

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹80,000\.00 per month
