### **1\. As a Senior Elastic Observability \& Data Engineer, you will:**
- Design and maintain scalable ElasticSearch architecture for enterprise environments.
- Implement observability solutions using the Elastic Stack.
- Build and optimize data ingestion pipelines using Logstash and Beats.
- Configure and manage Elastic APM for application performance monitoring.
- Develop dashboards and analytics using Kibana and Grafana.
- Optimize search performance, indexing strategies, and aggregation queries.
- Manage data retention, lifecycle policies, and storage optimization.
- Support real\-time and historical analytics reporting.
- Integrate data pipelines using Python, Node.js, or Java.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, scalability, and observability.
### **2\. What You Bring to the Table**
- 5\-7 years of experience in ElasticSearch and observability platform engineering.
- Strong expertise in ElasticSearch, Kibana, Logstash, Beats, and Elastic APM.
- Experience with Grafana for monitoring and visualization.
- Proficiency in Python, Node.js, or Java for automation and integrations.
- Experience designing analytics, monitoring, and observability platforms.
- Hands\-on experience managing real\-time data pipelines.
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in Telecom, Monitoring Platforms, Enterprise Analytics, or Observability environments.
- Kafka and event\-streaming technologies.
- Data warehousing concepts.
- AI/ML data readiness.
- Large\-scale analytics platform experience.
