• *Roles \& Responsibility (Job Profile)**

• Design, develop, and test firmware for embedded systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.

• Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate firmware with hardware components and optimize system performance.

• Lead the architectural design of firmware solutions, including selecting appropriate microcontrollers and development tools.

• Create and maintain detailed design documentation and specifications.

• Develop and execute test plans to validate firmware functionality and performance.

• Utilize debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve firmware issues effectively.

• Work closely with cross\-functional teams, including software, hardware, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of products.

• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non\-technical stakeholders.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in firmware development.

• Contribute to process improvements and the adoption of new tools and technologies.

• *Competency (Candidate Profile)**

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: 3\-5 years of experience in firmware development for embedded systems.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C\+\+ and assembly language for embedded systems.

• Experience with real\-time operating systems (RTOS) and low\-level hardware interfaces (I2C, SPI, UART, etc.).

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools (e.g., debuggers, oscilloscopes).

• Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
