• *Senior Engineer – CAD**

Experienced CAD engineer with proven expertise in 3D modeling, product design, and drafting using tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CATIA. Skilled in design optimization, GD\&T, and cross\-functional collaboration to deliver high\-quality engineering solutions. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of improving efficiency and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

### **What you'll do**

• **Preparation of 3D, 2D and Assembly Drawings**

• Create **3D plastic part designs** using CAD tools, supported by **2D drawings** of individual child parts.

• Prepare detailed **assembly drawings** with annotations, considering functional requirements, manufacturing tolerances, and industry standards.

• Conduct feasibility studies on styling data utilizing **CATIA V5** to ensure manufacturability and compliance.

• Perform concept design based on customer\-provided surface data.

• Execute **draft analysis** for plastic parts to assess tooling feasibility.

• Evaluate tooling concepts, including **core–cavity design**, ejection mechanisms, lifter and slider feasibility, ensuring optimized mold design.

• Analyze and select applicable **engineering plastic raw materials** used in the automotive industry based on mechanical properties, durability, and cost\-effectiveness.

• Apply **Geometric Dimensioning \& Tolerancing** principles to ensure precise manufacturing, inspection, and functional alignment of components.

### **What we are looking for**

• B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering 8\+ Years Experience and Diploma (Mechanical) with 10\+ of post\-qualification experience in Automotive industry
