• Lead execution of civil construction activities on\-site, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.*

• *Key Responsibilities**

● Oversee day\-to\-day civil construction activities including structural, RCC, and finishing works.

● Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, manpower, and material resources.

● Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

● Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

● Guide and mentor junior engineers and site staff.

● Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.

● Ensure compliance with safety regulations and statutory requirements at site.

● Prepare and review progress reports, DPRs, and site documentation.

• *Requirements**

● B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

● 10\+ years of experience in civil construction, preferably in building/infrastructure projects.

● Strong knowledge of civil engineering practices, codes, and standards.

● Proficiency in reading structural/architectural drawings and project scheduling tools.

● Strong leadership, coordination, and problem\-solving skills.

Pay: ₹35,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
