Senior Engineer (Civil)

We are looking for an experienced and skilled **Senior Civil Engineer** to oversee residential construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, quality control, contractor management, and timely project completion.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Manage and supervise construction activities at project sites.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
• Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are followed.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Monitor material consumption and project costs.
• Prepare project reports and progress updates for management.
• Verify contractor bills and measurement sheets.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and approvals.
• RequirementsBachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 8\+years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and site management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
• Preference for candidates with residential project experience and based in Raipur.
