Responsible for management of civil maintenance activities across the malls, driving of various miscellaneous projects within the property in order to provide a comfortable environment and enhance the customer experience

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Formulate a preventive maintenance schedule (PPM) for plumbing systems/ water pipelines, drainage systems and other civil work
• Ensure that all the necessary log\-books/ daily checklists are filled in on time and record the snags for all key electrical/systems equipments
• Undertake breakdown maintenance after determining the causes for breakdown and resolve the same in minimum time
• Manage the deployment of outsourced staff, in coordination with Chief Engineer, in order to ensure that all the critical equipment/ areas are adequately manned
• Provide necessary support to the retailers in timely and effectively resolving their issues pertaining to civil engineering such as leakages, plumbing, structural modifications, re\-painting etc.
• Check and verify bills raised for any civil/maintenance work undertaken within the property through job orders/ contractors
• MIS Management
• Good knowledge on creating civil BOQ and post work evaluation for monitoring
• Good knowledge on different types of flooring works
• Should have good budgeting skills for opex \& capex
• Should possess good knowledge on AutoCAD, civil drawings as built \& base built
