Qualifications experience

Mandatory core

Senior L3 hands on Control M Administration Engineering experience

Proven expertise in

End to end installation and upgrades of Control M EM Control MServer and Agents

Advanced troubleshooting across Control M components and integrations

Infrastructure delivery planning and execution including riskimpact management

Producing high quality technical documentation runbooks and procedures

ControlM Automation API AAPI Integrations ControlM as Code Application Integrator and specialized job plugins

High Availability Disaster Recovery HADR Experience with ControlM HADR architecture storage replication SANSRDF roleswap execution and OS clustering

Database OS Fundamentals Red Hat Enterprise Linux RHEL system administration and SQLDatabase knowledge Oracle for backend ControlM database maintenance

Developer experience automation Required atleast 2

Scriptingautomation BashShell PowerShell Python

Configuration managementautomation Ansible and Ansible Automation Platform AAPTower playbooks roles inventories workflows templates job execution

CICD Jenkins pipelines for builddeploy orchestration and automation integration

Observability AppDynamics APM and Splunk log analysis dashboards ing for platform healthperformance monitoring

Source control artefact management GitHub and Nexus

ITIL service management strongly preferred

Strong understanding of ITIL processes Incident Problem and Change Management

Hands on Change governance

Represent changes at CAB technical approach and control adherence

Conduct peer change reviews Post Implementation Reviews PIRs and validate compliance pre production

Soft Skills and Good To have preferred

Strong communication stakeholder management and calm problemsolving under pressure
