Senior Engineer (Manufacturing Engineering)

• *Position : Senior Engineer – Manufacturing Engineering**

• *Qualification : BE– Mechanical**

• *Experience : Min 6 to 8 years as ME in field of Connector Manufacturing**

• *Location : Bangalore**

• *Job Responsibilities:**

1\. Develop, implement, maintain, and improve current manufacturing processes, including equipment, documentation, training, gages and tooling / fixtures, to optimize quality, productivity and cost performance.

2\. Participate \& Assist in the design, development of electromechanical equipment such as Connector SPM, Spot/laser welding machines, riveting machines \& auxiliary ensuring adherence to project specifications \& engineering standards.

3\. Manage \& supervise the installation, commissioning \& validation of new machines \& equipment’s ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining high\-quality standards.

4\. Determine equipment, tooling, and process parameters, conduct feasibility studies, and implement process improvements to maximize efficiency, yield, and product quality.

5\. Lead the design for manufacturability process, prepare process FMEAs, SOP’s, PFD , root cause analyses, plans facility, equipment, and resource changes and initial product builds, and ensure that Manufacturing deliverables to Development Project Plans are completed and on time.

6\. Perform planning, development, facilitation of design and installation of high\-volume Manufacturing equipment, systems and processes.

7\. Identify opportunities for process enhancements \& cost optimization in production process through engineering solutions \& best practices.

8\. Mentor \& guide junior technicians \& trainees, fostering a culture of learning, collaboration \& professional growth.

9\. Work closely with Maintenance, production \& quality team on key issues to ensure integrated plant operations \& project success.

• *Skills:**

• *1\. Experience in Connector Assembly process \- Min 5 years**

• *2\. Knowledge of Stamping / Molding \& Plating Process**

• *3\. Proficient in CADS Software – Solid works \& Auto CAD**

Pay: ₹1,000,000\.00 \- ₹1,400,000\.00 per year
