Job Description
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise real estate construction projects from execution to handover.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project quality, cost, timelines, and safety standards.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submissions.
- Resolve site/engineering issues and ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards and regulations.
- *Requirements:**
- 8–15 years of experience in real estate/construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, project management, and site execution.
- Good communication, coordination, and team\-management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of Primavera/MS Project is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000\.00 \- ₹40,000\.00 per month
