Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with 4–6 years of experience in medical device manufacturing to manage engineering activities, improve manufacturing processes, and ensure product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor medical device manufacturing processes.
• Troubleshoot production and process\-related issues.
• Improve productivity and reduce rejection and rework.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documents, SOPs, and work instructions.
• Support new product development and engineering trials.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and company quality procedures.
• Support process validation and equipment qualification activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, R\&D, and Maintenance teams.
• Train and guide technicians and junior engineers.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and production targets.

Required Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and quality management systems.
• Good problem\-solving and technical skills.
• Knowledge of process validation and root cause analysis.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in catheter manufacturing, tubing, assembly, extrusion, or related processes is preferred.

Engineering Manager / Department Head

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: ₹40,000\.00 \- ₹60,000\.00 per month
