Key Responsibilities

Part of the centralized Product QA Team responsible for end\-to\-end product testing.

Analyze requirements and prepare high\-level test scenarios and detailed test cases.

Perform both manual testing and automation testing wherever feasible.

Coordinate with Development and Implementation teams for defect triaging and resolution.

Prepare test data required for testing activities.

Execute test cases and share daily testing status reports.

Ensure product quality and compliance with business requirements.

Qualification \& Experience

Full\-time B.E./B.Tech (Preferably ECE), MCA, or M.Tech with consistent First Division academics.

Minimum 3\+ years of experience in Software Testing.

Required Skills

Strong hands\-on experience in Manual Testing.

Ability to derive test cases from SRS/FSD documents and system walkthroughs.

Experience in test data preparation, test execution, and defect reporting.

Good understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).

Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills.

Domain Expertise

Must have experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.

Prior experience testing Banking and NBFC applications/solutions is mandatory.
